We Open Our Exits
One of the first things you do in your bio-hacking adventure to open your detox pathways. LET Lymphatic Detox is a great first step for this! After you detox your Lymphatic System (the trash can of your body) it’s a perfect time to get to work opening the 4 main “exits” of your body. We release toxins by sweating and detoxing
through the skin, peeing, pooping, and breathing!
This can take anywhere from a month to 3 months (sometimes longer) depending on how much detox you have done in your life. Learn how to detox and nourish your 4 exits below! Let the bio-hacking begin!

Your skin is the largest organ of your body!
It is the barrier of the outer and inner worlds
SWEAT
Sweat in a Far Infrared Sauna everyday for 10-20 minutes. Or at least once a week. Note: In a far infrared sauna we sweat out cholesterol, fat-soluble toxins, heavy metals, nicotine, sulfuric acid, ammonia. Normal sweat produced by jogging, exercise and steam saunas is mostly water and sodium chloride aka salt. You can buy a personal sauna on Amazon for $150. (The Kind that zips up around your body.) Next Level Hack: Wipe Castor Oil on your torso and arm pits before you go into the sauna. The heat + the castor oil will help pull more toxins through the skin.
BRUSH
Get a skin brush and brush your skin daily towards the heart.
BATHS
Take a bath and put PRL Mud in it or Dr. Singha Mustard Bath or Epsom Salt or Lavender oil. Mud and Mustard pull toxins through the skin.
COMPRESS & PACKS
Do Castor Packs, Wheatgrass Compresses, Massage Organic Coffee Grounds on your skin before you shower. -

COLON INSERTS
Colon Reflorastation! Add that good flora back into the colon after you detox the colon! Colon reflorastation therapy is the introduction of a healthy intestinal bacteria supplement into the rectum, which delivers it into the sigmoid flexure of the colon. After one hour of retention, it will colonize the bowel; in three days, it will stabilize the entire five feet of the large intestine. This procedure is designed to reinforce the homeodynamic balance of the bowel flora. Learn more here. You can also add Chlorophyll to your colon inserts.
L.E.T. LYMPHATIC DETOX:

Our lungs are delicate yet strong organs. We have two jobs to keep our lungs happy. Inhaling deeply and exhaling completely. When we inhale we enrich our blood with oxygen. The oxygen in our body replaces cells that wear out, gives you energy, supports your immune system, supports the brain function. When we exhale we detox Carbon Dioxide from the body. Because Carbon Dioxide is an asphyxiant …too much of it in the body negatively affects the brain. So what are some ways to get us breathing deeply and getting more oxygen into the body?
