PURPOSE OF THE MISSION GAME

This game will help you begin to de-armor and soften into your evolution by the pure power of intention! BAM! You are creating the vision of what you most want to call into your life for this new chapter you are embarking upon. Use this each month or each time you need to get clear on your current true desire. I love to do it when it is my "red-tent time".   Many of the words in the word bank below came from Danielle La Porte founder of Desire Mapping….and the idea of getting clear about my feelings and desires came from listening to and following and practicing Dr. Joe Dispenza's work.

HOW TO PLAY

STEP 1:
VIBE OUT YOUR SPACE

Before you sit down to play this game set the vibes! Print this info out ....then....turn your phone off and hide it…..light a candle & incense….put on some vibe music….dance or move your arms to get the lymph flowing ….and then…sit quietly with your eyes closed for a moment to re-center or meditate.

Next, circle all the words (in the following word bank)  that stand out to you the most. You are looking for the words that feel most ALIVE in your heart.

HIGHLIGHT YOUR TOP 40

Now go back through and highlight 40 words (or so) that mean the most to you out of all the ones you circled. Then add them to step 4 (below) in the categories that feel best. Some words may be in all 6 categories. Now is the time to call in how you now choose to live, be, and be held!  Feel free to add in words of course.

STEP 5:
MISSION MANTRA
Now choose 3 words from your “essence” category. Think of these words as the 3 feelings or ways of being that you most desire to feel in your life right now. Notice any and all sensations that you feel in your body as you choose your words.  Then plug in your top 3 feeling state words to your Mission Mantra (aka “Sankalpa” in India)  below:

HOW TO USE YOUR MISSION MANTRA  

 Mantra means mind-vehicle! Just as you can program a computer you can program your psyche/mind. The mission mantra or sankalpa (as they call it in India) is best used right before you meditate in order to deliver you to what matters to you most. This keeps you on the right trajectory in your life every morning!  Simply close your eyes and then roll your eyes back in your head and silently say your mission statement 3 times. Keep the same mission statement as long as it feels like what you most desire to experience in life.  Try to say your mission mantra often throughout the day to solidify it.  Ask Jess Lee for support if you would like to deepen your meditation practice or find better consistency with it.  Jess Lee chooses a new Sankalpa every new moon. 

STEP 6:
I AM STATEMENT

Now imagine that the cosmos is making you a spiritual business card. Your “I am Statement” is composed of 5 adjectives and one noun. The 5 adjectives will be chosen from your lists of power words on page 4 in both the “Work & Essence” sections. They are all describing the final word that is the noun (YOU!) The noun is the word which you feel best represents who you are at your core or aim to be for this moon cycle. The noun is chosen from the “I am” category on page 4. Choose the words that will best support you this month.

HOW TO BEST USE YOUR “ I AM STATEMENT”

Print it and read it often! Make art out of it! Make a bizz card and hand it out to  people for shits and giggles! Or take it to the next level and record yourself saying it and put it on a loop whilst you sleep! You can do the same thing for your other categories (partner, friendships, community)! If you would like to dive even deeper into your psyche, let’s make you a lullaby to help reprogram your mind so you can train your mind to think higher thoughts about yourself! We will rewrite your internal script and amp it up!
