Starting from a young age I struggled with a debilitating “mystery illness”  that western doctors were unable to name or diagnose.  Even though I struggled mentally, emotionally and physically I still had quite a zest for life and learning. I always loved making people laugh and helping the under dogs. (still do)

Today, when I work with my mainly-bedridden-clients I am able to tap into their pain and understand them on a deeper level because I used to be walker-bound myself. For a time my life consisted of laying in bed and being carried from room to room when needed. It took two decades of trial and error, but with the combination of Eastern, Western, Modern Integrative technologies, Developmental Trauma Therapy, Learning how to regulate my nervous system, Meditation and Meditative Practices I was able to reclaim my power and step into my true nature.

As I got better I traveled the states seeking out revolutionary professionals who integrate mind, body, and spirit in their research and medical practices. Out of necessity, I have spent the last 20 years studying, reading, and practicing the techniques and modalities that I learned about.

I have seen incredible results with a mix of Healthy Detox Dieting, Lymph Enhancement, Colon Hydrotherapy, Infrared Sauna, Cold Plunge, Rife Frequency Therapy, Ozone Therapy, Kambo, IV Vitamin Therapy, Neuropathway Rewire, Martial Arts, Prayformance Art, Singing, Dancing, Being Goofy, Yoga, Meditation, Developmental Trauma Therapy NARM, and Somatic Practices such as Butoh and Aguahara.

Through my professional practice, it has become clear that the majority of my clients (especially elders and those suffering from debilitating illnesses) all have one thing in common, they’ve hit a dead-end and are unable to detox their body without the support of cutting edge machines and are in desperate need of somatic based psychotherapy.

I am dedicating the rest of my life to helping empower others to realize no matter where they are in their health journey, they deserve exceptional care and have many options for treatment and therapy. 

Our health spa, Sacred Heart, offers these exceptional and life-changing integrative therapies, detox machines, and educational one on one sessions and coaching. Our non profit, Sacred Heart Care enables us to work with the people that need this healing work the most and can’t afford it. It is my biggest passion to hold people’s hand through the detox process.

My biggest dream is to open a biohacking ranch in which people can come and reset their nervous system and receive the care, patience and compassion they are looking for …and find it in themselves as well.
