I love traveling the world making people laugh and dance reminding them how to play and access peace in the inner-blueprint! True Peace begins by caring for the subconscious mind. As a yoga teacher I love getting to these spaces-within through Devotional Yogic Practices that cultivate love and self-compassion.

5 years ago I got to put my meditation practices to the test when I became bedridden and walker bound. I had to utilize the power of yin yoga + attentional and cultivational meditation to find my way back to vitality. Making it through that threshold made me a believer of the power of mind over matter.

As I became aware of the limiting patterns and negative beliefs that were modeled to me in my formative years, I stayed in self-compassion and choose to carve out a new path. I identified what I needed ...and reclaimed it for myself. This sky rockett-ed me into my power!

Now I fully believe...with a little persistence, focus, patience and play, we can develop new neural pathways in the brain and create the life that makes us feel most alive.
