DESIGN YOUR
SUBCONSCIOUS
Resolve all situations from within
Humanity has begun to understand that it all boils down to the health of our subconscious. As we become aware of the old limiting patterns and negative beliefs systems that were modeled to us in our formative years, we can choose to carve out a new path. We can literally build new neural pathways in our brain with a little persistence, focus and patience.
Liberation Lullabies are developed to help you consciously gift your subconscious with a new script that supports you in focusing on the light and beauty that you are. When we feed our subconscious nourishing thoughts each night when we fall asleep our cells remember every word and we become those words! I will be interviewing you about your childhood and then I will flip the script and create something incredible for your cells to absorb!

Incredible Interpretation of the
beginning of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras
by Deepak Chopra
“Your spiritual practice should be to look within. Your true self lies hidden in the silence between your thoughts, beyond all limitations. However, the doubts, chaos, and confusion of your thoughts cause you to forget who you really are. The obstacle to spiritual progress is stress, which creates fatigue, leading to doubts and causing laziness, which brings sensory attachments manifesting as delusions, which causes you to forget who you are. By being committed to your practices, you can overcome all of these.
To have a peaceful mind, you should cultivate attitudes of friendliness without jealousy toward those who are joyful; have compassion toward those who are unhappy and less fortunate; delight in and support the acts of the virtuous; and be neutral to and avoid the dramas of the impure.
The fruit of wrong action is sorrow, the fruit of right action is joy. You must take responsibility for your thoughts, words, and actions by living consciously. The Yoga Sutras are a path of purification, refinement, and surrender.”
