Forgiveness as the Focus
This month’s snack is brought to you by forgiveness. Over the last 20 years of meditating I have focused mainly on attentional styles of meditations. Now I am trying out cultivation styles. I am cultivating self-compassion and forgiveness for myself and everyone in my life. It has been a breath of fresh air using this new guided track. I hope it brings in some yummy newness for you… it most def has for me.
