A flexible body creates a flexible mind. Yin is most well known for increasing your flexibility in the body. People often say they feel like they just had a massage when they leave a yin class because they get the chance to do deeper fascia release postures. This means we stop holding our stress in different parts of the body and can fully relax. When the body relaxes the brain relaxes. When the body + brain can remain in calm state for an extended period, there is no end to beauty we can create in this world.
My favorite thing about Yin practices is the deepening aspects that come along with a consistent practice. There are no words that can come close to describing this, you simply have to “live yin” for a time and observe how you begin to align with life with ease and grace. Mini Yoga School
This is for people who see the value of deepening the personal morning and evening practice and are ready to move beyond their perceived limitations.
I am a yoga teacher for yoga teachers. Much like the basics of your lymphatic system, I feel that the basics of yoga should have been taught in our school system. In today’s world it is essential to be able to calm the nervous system and have access peace and happiness no matter what is happening around you.
I have come up with a unique 7 hour curriculum that teaches the main points we teach at our 200 hour training in Sedona. (At Sedona Hot Yoga).

The Mini Yoga School with Jess Lee is an all day affair. It’s fun, inspiring and beyond empowering. After you finish the 7 hours of training Jess Lee creates a custom made morning and evening practice for you that you can practice with every day until you are ready to do it on your own.
