You move, sweat, learn powerful tools, and feel yourself getting stronger in ways that actually last. This course makes your body the ally. You feel more present, more capable, and more at home inside yourself.

The eight limbs of yoga as a lived practice
Gentle martial arts kata for coordination, strength, and confidence
Qi Gong and functional strength practices for whole body resilience
